May it be a light to you in dark places, when all other lights go out.

My experiences for the last several years have included working with children, teenagers and their families as an outpatient care provider for those who are part of the autism spectrum and those affiliated with ADHD. This has included being a support to families and their loved ones in their need to navigate the various challenges that life offers. I graduated in 2014 with a Bachelors in Applied Developmental Psychology (BsC) from Eastern Washington University as well as a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University this year (2023). In my Masters practicum, I worked with ages 13 and up who were under various circumstances that they wanted services to help navigate.

Simply put, I strive to create a space for all, and the goal being to respect their dignity and agency. While everyone needs tools, everyone's needs are different, thus I require myself to be openminded. I take a person-centered, holistic approach while working alongside clientele in learning what works best for them. I have experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I enjoy working with young adults (and the young at heart) as well as teenagers and those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community.
