Therapeutic Orientation and Treatment Modality
My practice with clients is built on the principle that families can thrive with the right tools and support tailored to their unique circumstances. I am deeply committed to fostering a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe, prioritized, and cared for. I employ a combination of motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and a strengths-based client-centered approach to ensure that each family member's needs and goals are addressed, understood, and respected. I aim to help families identify and leverage their strengths, improve communication, and effectively develop strategies to manage challenges. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space, and I want to encourage families to collaborate toward common goals, enhancing their resilience and cohesion.
